Chemistry is important to daily life in many ways because everything this chemistry. For instance, when you eat popcorn, before you eat it there is a chemical reaction that occurs when heat hits the kernel which makes it puff up and create a delicious snack. Also when water boils, heat is hitting the bottom of the pan which heats up the pan and eventually the water will boil. As you can see, chemistry is everywhere and everyone uses it almost everyday.

Oh woe is you mr. A.R. You fail to see the importance of chemistry in our lives. Certainly physics governs the laws that move planets and causes horrible, destructive car crashes, but chemistry holds the universe together (and blows it apart). Without chemistry, what would we use to blow up our enemies. Without chemistry, what would create light for us day in and day out. Look at all the cool explosives chemistry allows us to buy!:  http://www.tannerite.com/

This periodic table is used all around the science world. Mostly in chemistry with

the mixtures of the elements. One of the most recognized element in this table is hydrogen. Hydrogen, which is symbolized by H, is the lightest element but is the most common element. It also makes up about 90% of the universe by the weight. Another common element is nitrogen. This is symbolized by N, and it makes up almost 78% of volume in the atmosphere. Combining these elements such as hydrogen and oxygen can make an essential mixture that is the key to human life, and that is water. These and many other elements on this table make up our atmosphere and world and without them life does not exist.

I believe AR has no idea what he is talking about. Chemistry is the base of making medicines and other life saving creations. Chemists not Physicians discovered medicines.  Also, what the government and laboratories can do with DNA to help keep us safe is truly remarkable.  The real definition of chemistry is, “The science that systematically studies the composition, properties, and activity of organic and inorganic substances and various elementary forms of matter.” Although AR thinks chemistry is useless, he did not notice the similarities between Physics and Chemistry,

Chemistry is important to learn because it is in our world around us. Chemistry is the study of matter and the changes that occur with that matter. Everything is made up of matter, which is made of molecules, and is anything you can touch, see, feel, or smell. There are five elements of matter: solids, liquids, gasses, plasmas, and Bose-Einstein condensates. Matter makes up atoms, the building blocks for elements. Elements, like iron or carbon, make up all objects on our world, even man-made ones. When two or more molecules interact and a change occurs, it is a chemical reaction. Chemical reactions happen everywhere, for example in your everyday appliances, like an air conditioner. To move a muscle over one hundred chemical reactions have to take place. Therefore, chemistry is extremely important to learn about because we then know what our world is made of and how simple changes happen.

chemistry is very important to know and understand. You can look at anything around you and know it has something to do with chemistry. For example, looking at a plant in front of me I know that the sunlight feeds it so it can grow. But it is not as simple as light hitting a plant, there are many chemical reactions that happen before a plant grows. Without plants we would not be able to survive. Plants provide us with oxygen. And how does this happen? Through more chemical reactions. Without the knowledge of chemistry we would not know how to survive. This is one of millions of example you could find to prove that chemistry is a necessity to understand.

Chemistry is being used everywhere and everyday in our daily life.  It is being used to process all of the necessaries from medicine and water to electricity and furniture.  Chemistry is very fascinating because it is used to help us to produce the most important product we need to survive. Which is food, they doesn’t just pack theirself and jump into the supermarket for us. They are being processed from raw to supermarket food through machines to keep them in date and clean. Chemistry is very importtant to our life beacause without chemistry, I don’t think we satisfies our daily needs.

This is a article show how food is being processed: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_processing

Chemistry is an imporntant science that explains why it is that all matter and life exists. Chemistry is the study of the composition of matter and the changes it undergoes. There are 5 types of chemistry; organic, inorganic, analytical, physical, and biochemistry. We study chemistry to understand chemicals and how we are made. Chemistry can help us develop new medicines or chemicals ( cosmetics especially ). Chemistry is a popular field recently because it is big in finding out how to reduce polution.  The video includes a brief and broad overview of Chemistry of what we’ll need to know.

According to Merriam-Websters dictionary, Chemistry is defined as “a science that deals with the composition, structure, and properties of substances and with the transformations that they undergo” which is closely related to the definition of Physics “a science that deals with matter and energy and their interactions”.  Chemistry is significant because it is the base of many other sciences, many important discoveries are due to the scientific advances in chemistry. Chemistry and matter plays a role in everyday life, such as battery base electronics and other daily cleaning supplies. Chemistry is also at the heart of environmental sciences, which the periodic table is important to. Chemistry defines what makes a piece of matter a nutrient or a  mineral. Chemistry applies to health supplies also, and helps save many lives everyday. The chemistry of different medicines decides which drugs and vitamins help with each disease, and other illnesses.

Chemistry is very important to daily life becasue everything in the world is made up of a chemical. Modern food, drugs, plastcis, and computers would not have been with out chemistry becasue in order to make these things you need to manipulate chemicals. So, humans get enrgy based on chemical reactions and our movements chemically driven.  Other examples of why chemistry is useful in daily life is because food is a chemical and you would not be able to cook without mixing chemicals. Also the reason an apple turns brown from green is becasue of a chemical reaction, oxidation.
