My element is Gold, and it’s ionic compounds are not many. Gold is mostly used for investments, fine jewelry, and even household appliances or pieces of the house. Gold is mined and is very valuable for money and appearance.

Mercury is a liquid at room temperature but can be found in cinnabar ore. Cinnabar can be found in granular or earthly form. It can sometimes be found in crystals or non-metals. This is most common in volcanic activity and in hot springs above and below the ground. This can happen because of Mercury’s ability to combine unlike some other solid metals.

Silver is mined in Peru, Mexico, China, Chile, and Poland. It is rarely found in its native form; it is usually combined with other substances. Silver is found in the ores of coppper, copper-nicle, lead, and lead zinc. Peru and Mexico are the two top producers of silver. Silver can also be produced through electrolyticrefining.
